Internet Ordering Information
Despatch
On acceptance of internet orders stock items are normally despatched within 1 working day. Any items 'to follow' will be despatched as soon as they become available. We reserve the right to use our discretion on the shipping of part orders when we expect all items to be imminently available - unless you request otherwise, an extra carriage charge may be applicable for split deliveries. We normally invoice goods on the date of despatch. If any items are expected to take longer than 10 working days we will send an email to inform you.
If you need items urgently then please phone your order through and check availability.
Non Receipt of Goods - In the unlikely event of your goods being lost in transit we must be notified within 4 days from date of receipt of despatch email.
Carriage Costs
Small/medium pack within mainland UK (e.g. 1-20 35mm films) costs £2.95 - £4.95
Large parcels within mainland UK (e.g. stands & large bags) costs £5.95 - £7.95
Goods are normally sent within the UK by courier (weekdays) or first class post.
We ship worldwide, please call for information and costs to any destination.
Parcel refusal / goods not called for - re-delivery charges from £7.95 apply.
Most items require a signature upon delivery.
VAT
All product prices include UK VAT in the online shopping area .
Payment
Payment is due with the order. We welcome Maestro/Delta Debit Cards and Mastercard/Visa/American Express Credit/Charge Cards. Goods will not be supplied where incorrect card billing address has been supplied.
Returns
You have the right to return goods within 7 working days (re-stocking fee may apply for special order items).
You must advise us of your intention either by phone +44 (0) 1782 746 909 or e-mail at returns@mailshots.co.uk and you must state your name, a description of the goods, order number and reason for return.
You must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return to Mailshots Limited. Mailshots Limited will only accept returned goods in their original packaging and which does not exhibit signs of wear or tear. Any use of the goods beyond that necessary to inspect them on delivery will invalidate your right to return for a full refund. Any returned goods that can not be re-sold as new will not be accepted for return or refunded.
Where Mailshots Limited has supplied goods to you, these goods must be returned to Mailshots Ltd. 67 James Street Stoke-on-Trent ST4 5HR or be available for collection by Mailshots Limited. The cost of returning goods is non-refundable, and where Mailshots Limited collects goods the direct cost of such will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Retention of Title
Title to all goods remains with Mailshots Ltd. until full payment is received and cleared, but responsibility for the goods passes on delivery. Mailshots Ltd. reserves the right to recover all costs plus interest charges arising from payments which are dishonoured, late or not forthcoming.
Guarantee
Unless stated otherwise, all products, except lamp and fuse filaments, are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of invoice. We accept no liability whatsoever in the case of claimed consequential or similar loss.
