Shipping And Handling Despatch
On acceptance of internet orders stock items are normally despatched within 1 working day. Any items 'to follow' will be despatched as soon as they become available. We reserve the right to use our discretion on the shipping of part orders when we expect all items to be imminently available - unless you request otherwise, an extra carriage charge may be applicable for split deliveries. We normally invoice goods on the date of despatch. If any items are expected to take longer than 10 working days we will send an email to inform you.
If you need items urgently then please phone your order through and check availability.

Non Receipt of Goods - In the unlikely event of your goods being lost in transit we must be notified within 4 days from date of receipt of despatch email.

Carriage Costs
Small/medium pack within mainland UK (e.g. 1-20 35mm films) costs £2.95 - £4.95
Large parcels within mainland UK (e.g. stands & large bags) costs £5.95 - £7.95
Goods are normally sent within the UK by courier (weekdays) or first class post.
We ship worldwide, please call for information and costs to any destination.
Parcel refusal / goods not called for - re-delivery charges from £7.95 apply.

Delivery Schedule All goods are despatched to UK addresses, same day by 1st class Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery or other receipted delivery, depending on package content and should therefore be received within 2 working days.
