Making A Purchase Making a purchase with us
Please read these terms carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.


We accept credit / debit card payment. If you are shopping from the EU, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own EU currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.

Cancellation

Because we store photographic film below 10 degrees C 50 degrees F ( Manufacturers Stipulation)
We rely on Regulation 13c of theThe Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which states " for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly" orders made incorrectly can not be returned.

For all other products you can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.



You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection plus an administration fee of £25.00. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Shipping And Handling Despatch
On acceptance of internet orders stock items are normally despatched within 1 working day. Any items 'to follow' will be despatched as soon as they become available. We reserve the right to use our discretion on the shipping of part orders when we expect all items to be imminently available - unless you request otherwise, an extra carriage charge may be applicable for split deliveries. We normally invoice goods on the date of despatch. If any items are expected to take longer than 10 working days we will send an email to inform you.
If you need items urgently then please phone your order through and check availability.

Non Receipt of Goods - In the unlikely event of your goods being lost in transit we must be notified within 4 days from date of receipt of despatch email.

Carriage Costs
Small/medium pack within mainland UK (e.g. 1-20 35mm films) costs £2.95 - £4.95
Large parcels within mainland UK (e.g. stands & large bags) costs £5.95 - £7.95
Goods are normally sent within the UK by courier (weekdays) or first class post.
We ship worldwide, please call for information and costs to any destination.
Parcel refusal / goods not called for - re-delivery charges from £7.95 apply.
Some items require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery Schedule All goods are despatched to UK addresses, same day by 1st class Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery or other receipted delivery, depending on package content and should therefore be received within 2 working days. Customers will be informed of any goods which are out of stock and subsequent delivery times.
Availability of Goods
While all care is taken to ensure appropriate stock levels, all products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice. If we do not supply the goods for any reason you will be notified and no charge will be taken. MailshotS Ltd will not be responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer if goods are not supplied, deemed faulty, damaged in transit or not of a kind foreseeable by the supplier. MailshotS Ltd agrees to supply and you agree to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions, which shall supersede any terms and conditions on any purchase order or document that you submit to MailshotS Ltd. These terms and conditions supersede and take precedence over any previous terms and conditions. All goods remain property of MailshotS Ltd until full and final payment has been received. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Please note that we practice a policy of continual review and reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Other EU destinations are supplied by Air Mail and you should normally expect to receive goods within 7 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges We supply to the UK or the European Union - 17.5% VAT is charged on your order - our prices are shown including VAT.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
